Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will meet you and transfer you to Arusha. The one-hour journey passes through coffee plantations and rolling highlands, with views of Mount Meru along the way. Once in Arusha, you settle into your lodge and enjoy the evening at leisure as you prepare for your adventure.

Day 2: Arusha → Mto wa Mbu → Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you travel to the cultural village of Mto wa Mbu for an engaging walking tour. You explore bustling markets, visit local homes, and witness traditional banana-beer brewing. After a local lunch, you enter Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive. The park is known for its dense forests, scenic soda lake, and iconic tree-climbing lions. You may encounter elephants, hippos, giraffes, primates, and an impressive array of birdlife before heading to your lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Manyara → Ndutu (Ngorongoro Conservation Area)

Day 4: Full Day Exploring Ndutu
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Ndutu region. After breakfast, you head out with picnic lunches for a full day in the plains. This is one of the most active areas for predator sightings, as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas patrol the calving grounds. You may witness newborn calves taking their first steps, predators hunting, and dramatic interactions between wildlife. In the evening, you return to camp to enjoy dinner under the stars.

Day 5: Ndutu – Migration & Predator Tracking
With another full day in Ndutu, you follow the herds as they shift across the plains. The calving season continues, offering remarkable views of young wildebeest and zebra. Predators remain highly active, and your guide navigates off-road trails to bring you close to the action. You enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the day ends, golden light transforms the landscape, creating spectacular photographic opportunities.

Day 6: Ndutu → Central Serengeti
This morning, you depart Ndutu and travel toward Serengeti National Park, enjoying a picnic breakfast en route. Central Serengeti is known for exceptional wildlife density, particularly large predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Your game drive continues through sprawling savannahs, rocky outcrops (kopjes), and seasonal rivers. In the evening, you head to your camp or lodge for a relaxing night surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

Day 7: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Crater. The descent into the crater reveals a vast natural amphitheater teeming with life. With luck, you may spot the critically endangered black rhino, along with lions, hyenas, buffalo, zebras, flamingos, and more. You enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before exiting the area and driving to your highland lodge for dinner and a restful evening.

Day 8: Ngorongoro → Kilimanjaro Airport (Departure)
After breakfast, you depart the Ngorongoro Highlands and begin the scenic drive back to Kilimanjaro International Airport. The route passes through small towns, farmlands, and beautiful countryside, offering time to reflect on your safari experience. A picnic lunch is provided en route. Upon arrival at the airport, your guide will assist with check-in and bid you farewell.
